Would you like to work with modern production machines and learn a technical profession on the job? As a Machine Operator you make sure machines are set up correctly and metal components are produced according to the required specifications. Previous experience is not essential: motivation, technical interest and a willingness to learn are just as important. You will join Aalberts in Hilversum or, working alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.

Within Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems, high-quality systems and components are developed for heating, cooling and sanitary applications. You will work in a technical production environment where quality, safety and development are key.
- Set up and operate production machines
- Check products for quality and dimensions
- Identify and solve minor machine issues together with colleagues
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Work according to safety and quality procedures
- Interested in technology and motivated to learn how to work with machines
- Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Own transportation to Hilversum or Zeewolde
- Accurate and responsible in your work
- A gross monthly salary starting from €3,700 including shift allowance, depending on experience
- 20% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule
- Prospect of a permanent contract
- Pension from your first working day
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Profit-sharing bonus of up to 8%
