As a Laminator, you'll help manufacture high-quality aircraft components. You'll build composite parts layer by layer, ensuring every detail is exactly where it should be. Your craftsmanship will contribute directly to components that are used in the aerospace industry around the world.

- Follow production orders and work instructions
- Hand-lay composite materials onto moulds
- Work from technical drawings, reference lines and a Laser Projection System (LPS)
- Position and shape resin-impregnated composite fabrics with a high level of accuracy
- Vacuum bag components and prepare them for the autoclave curing process
- Inspect your own work and ensure a high-quality finish
- Contribute to a safe, clean and quality-driven production environment
- Available to work full-time in a two-shift schedule
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Accurate, detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Eager to learn and willing to work across different departments
- Experience as a Laminator or within a manufacturing environment is an advantage, but motivation and precision are just as important
- A competitive salary in line with the Metal & Engineering Collective Labour Agreement (Scale E, F or G), depending on your experience
- 15% shift allowance for working in a two-shift schedule
- Contractors earn between €35 and €40 per hour, depending on experience
- The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
- 27 vacation days and 13 additional ADV days per year
- Travel allowance
